We are asking entrepreneurs and professionals about one real decision. What was at stake, where the pressure came from, and what would have helped. Six minutes, completely anonymous.

How your answers are handled

You can take part without giving your name, email address or company name. We will combine your answers with everyone else's when we analyse and report the findings. Please do not include names, confidential company information or details that could identify another person in written answers.

Afterwards you may use a separate optional form to request the report, volunteer for future research or ask to hear about MASTER services. That form does not collect anything that could link it to your survey answers, and we will not link the two sets of information.
